CRM scoring agents

Three agents keep a lead score and an account score honest in production. They watch for drift, build challengers, gate promotions and write scores back to Salesforce. This page replays 15 months of leads and 6 quarters of accounts, with scripted drift, against two baselines that never change. How one cycle runs

Four A2A messages per cycle. The same tools are exposed over MCP.

1. Monitor Agent

Input drift (PSI) the day records land. Unseen categories. AUC, calibration and lift once outcomes arrive.

2. Builder Agent

Plans the cheapest update that could work: recalibrate, warm-start fine-tune, or full retrain. Cannot promote.

3. Governance Agent

Gates every challenger against the champion on an out-of-time holdout. Promotes, holds, or asks RevOps.

Champion scores the period with reasons. Salesforce Account and Lead fields updated. Every step audited.
